The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory custodial experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of custodial supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and motivate custodial staff.
• Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Train, coach, and assist team members in proper cleaning procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, scheduling, and coverage.
