CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a Lead Custodian to actively maintain cleanliness and safety of our facility while serving as a working lead for a team.

You will coach adults with disabilities, teach proper cleaning techniques, and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety across all areas. You will supervise, guide, and support the custodial staff, track performance, and encourage ownership of responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming, clean environment for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands on janitorial experience in commercial, industrial, educational, or government facilities.
• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, and power washers.
• Comfortable giving instructions and demonstrating cleaning tasks when needed.
• Ability to stay organized, follow daily routines, and keep track of supplies or maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial team and provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and ensure proper use by team.
• Identify maintenance issues and report hazards promptly.
• Assist team with day‑to‑day tasks and ensure tasks are completed on time.
