Job summary

Allied Services is seeking a Lead Worker to perform custodial duties, train staff, and ensure quality and safety across assigned sites. Under supervision, you will oversee cleaning operations, conduct inspections, and coordinate any additional services required by contracts.

The role emphasizes hands-on custodial work, adherence to safety procedures, and staff development to maintain high cleanliness standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.
• One year of custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties including mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and restrooms.
• Train assigned clients and staff in work habits and safety procedures.
• Conduct random inspections of contract sites.
• Ensure quality and cleanliness of all contract sites.
• Report daily to the Assistant Supervisor on contract issues.
• Maintain equipment in a clean, safe condition.
• Coordinate additional services required by contracts.
