GRBS Inc. in Michigan is hiring a LEAD custodian for Ionia Public Schools. This full-time role requires leadership, reliability, and a strong customer-service mindset to maintain a clean and safe school environment.

You will oversee daily cleaning tasks, coordinate the team, and ensure quality using GRBS tools. Schedule is Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00pm–11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly; compensation is $16 per hour with benefits described.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID and leadership experience.
• Michigan public schools background restrictions apply (no theft, violence or drug-related records).

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
