Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate custodial staff duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of building and grounds.
• Order cleaning supplies and keep accurate records.
• Operate building's heating, lighting, and alarm systems.
• Prepare facility for sporting events and school activities.

Skills

Knowledge in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
