Job summary

The York Suburban School District is seeking a Head Custodian for a twelve-month position, responsible for maintaining facilities and supervising custodial staff consistent with district policies. The hours are 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and custodial experience preferred; ability to operate various custodial equipment. The position reports to the Coordinator of Buildings & Grounds and is governed by the YSESPA

TITLE: Head Custodian

HOURS OF POSITION: 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M., Monday-Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or appropriate job experience
• Custodial experience preferred

REPORTS TO: Coordinator of Buildings & Grounds

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve (12) month position, Level SC1 position, hourly rate, work schedule and other conditions of employment in accordance with current District policies and YSESPA Negotiated Agreement .
