Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred First or Second Class license and 3 years related experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities for a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow through of cleaning programs and schedules.
• Assist administrators with events and setup as needed.
• Supervise custodial staff workflow and coordinate with district trades personnel.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment and respond to repair requests.
