Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred First or Second Class license.
• Three years job related experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow through of cleaning programs developed through workflow analysis.
• Assist building administrators and other support staff in scheduling events and tasks as assigned.
• Supervise Custodial staff workflow and interact with district trades personnel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on building equipment.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the buildings clean and professional.
• Respond to repair requests quickly and with a professional manner.
• Adhere to the District's safety policies to create a safe work environment.
• Maintains grounds by cutting, trimming, shoveling and blowing snow from walkways, roadways and parking areas.
