Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• First or Second Class license preferred; three years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow through of cleaning programs and workflows.
• Assist building administrators and other staff in setting up events and tasks.
• Supervise Custodial staff workflow and coordinate with district trades personnel.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment and keep facilities clean and professional.
• Respond to repair requests quickly and in a professional manner.
• Maintain safety and security per district policies and procedures.
