GRBS Inc. is hiring a 2nd shift custodian for Ionia High School. The role runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have valid identification.
• Candidate should be reliable, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to customer service and consistent attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process using GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication and report findings to supervisors.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Perform building walkdowns and nightly perimeter door checks.
• Maintain cleanliness tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms, and trash removal.
