Job summary

GRBS Inc. is hiring a 2nd shift custodian at Ionia High School in Michigan. The role runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, totaling 40 hours weekly.

You will clean classrooms and facilities using GRBS tools, perform nightly perimeter checks, and lead by example with integrity. Compensation is $16.00 per hour, with benefits including paid holidays after 1 year and daily pay options.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash.
