GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for Tri-County Area Schools in Cedar Springs, MI. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday to Friday with one weekend per month, totaling 40 hours per week.

Pay is $15.75 per hour, with responsibilities including supervision, cleaning, safety, and daily communication with the team. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, reliability, and a strong work ethic, and has access to dependable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Able to work 3:00pm–11:30pm on weekdays, with one weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.

• Nightly perimeter door checks.
