Job summary

GRBS is hiring a Custodian Lead for Tri-County Area Schools in Cedar Springs, MI. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday through Friday with one scheduled weekend per month and 40 hours weekly. Pay rate is $15.75/hour.

The Lead will supervise and support the cleaning team and ensure high standards of facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is at least 18 with valid ID, possesses leadership experience, and shows reliability and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Team-oriented with dependability and self-motivation.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Michigan public schools background restrictions may apply.
