Job summary

Compass Group USA's SSC Services for Education division seeks an experienced supervisor to maintain smooth operations and exceptional service in our educational facilities. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, staff oversight, and client relations to deliver cost-effective management.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in leadership, and strong communication and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree required, or equivalent and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience, preferred.
• Strong work ethic, initiative for quality and customer service.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs; maintains relationships with client.
• Assists to ensure client and customer satisfaction and cost-effective management.
• Promotes professional growth and development of associates.
• Coordinates tasks of supervisory and management team via regular communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate’s degree required; or equivalent and relevant experience
