Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial staff and coordinate work schedules.
• Maintain inventories and supplies for the facility.
• Assist in preventive maintenance objectives.
• Assist in staff work schedule preparation.
• Perform tasks to meet building needs.
• Support annual performance evaluations for custodial staff.
• Carry out cleaning tasks to maintain the facility.
• Ensure proper heating, ventilation and building conditions.
• Provide leadership to secure the facility nightly.
