Job summary

Valley Health System in Paramus, NJ is seeking a CT Coordinator to lead the radiology team. You will prepare for and operate the CT scanner following physician orders, produce detailed scans, assist patients, verify IDs, and ensure exams are archived in PACS and completed in RIS.

The role requires ARRT registration, NJ DEP license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. You will maintain department readiness and stay current with CT procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion from an accredited Radiology Technology program.
• ARRT registration and NJ DEP license are required.
• Current CPR certification and NJ state license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technologist role overseeing daily CT workflow.
• Prepare for and operate a CT Scanner per physician orders.
• Assist patients onto the scanner and verify identification.
• Ensure exams are archived on PACS and completed in RIS.
• Maintain department facility order and stay updated on CT procedures.
