Job summary

The Valley Hospital-Paramus seeks a CT Coordinator to lead daily CT workflow, prepare and operate CT scanners per physician orders, and assist patients onto the scanner. The role requires ARRT CT and NJ license, CPR, and strong teamwork with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include verifying IDs, selecting from worklists, archiving exams in PACS/RIS, and maintaining a well-ordered work area while staying current with CT procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion from an accredited Radiology Technology program and ARRT registration.
• State of NJ license and CPR certification.
• CT registry within 1 year of employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technologist overseeing daily CT workflow.
• Operate CT scanner per physician orders and assist patients onto the table.
• Verify patient ID, select from worklist, and ensure exam archiving in PACS/RIS.
• Maintain clean facilities and stay current on CT procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and health-system staff as needed.
