Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Lead CT Technologist to provide leadership and supervision to CT technologists, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient-centered care across shifts. The role combines hands-on imaging responsibilities with team mentorship and project leadership.

You will guide patients through procedures, maintain RIS records, uphold safety standards, and participate in performance reviews and process improvements. A strong radiography background and ARRT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school of radiography.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
• ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
• Certified in imaging specialty.
• Four (4) years' imaging experience.
• One (1) year working as a resource/mentoring to others and identify and implementing process improvement opportunities.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be able to competently perform advanced CT procedures independently with highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead CT imaging operations, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to technologists; participate in hiring/onboarding; manage timecards and scheduling.
• Coordinate daily workflow and process improvements; maintain RIS records and equipment care; ensure HIPAA compliance.
