Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking a CT Technologist Lead to supervise the CT department, ensuring safe and efficient daily operations while guiding staff and maintaining high-quality imaging protocols.

The role involves equipment checks, adherence to CT practice standards, and coordination for weekend/holiday coverage. Requires ARRT CT, ARRT Radiography, and BLS certifications with several years of CT experience and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology (including training from U.S. Armed Forces) and 3 years CT technology experience with 1 year in supervision.
• CHNOLA location: required 3+ years in modality; preferred 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CT department operations and staff; ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective daily performance.
• Review exams with radiologists for critical anatomy and image quality; maintain high imaging standards.
• Perform daily equipment checks, quality control, and ensure PACS/RIS data accuracy; coordinate staffing and inventory.
