Job summary

Surepoint Medical Centers in Arlington, TX is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform CT and general radiography procedures, adhering to Texas State Laws and CLIA guidelines while delivering patient‑centered care.

The role requires ARRT certification, the ability to read and document results, operate imaging equipment safely, and work across day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience performing CT scanning is documented.
• Current ARRT License in good standing.
• Current Texas MRT License in good standing.
• Current BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for x-ray/CT scan and explain procedures to patient/family.
• Position patient and adjust equipment for accurate imaging.
• Observe and monitor patient during procedures and report any issues.
• Document procedures and maintain patient records.
• Maintain radiology room and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with front-end registration or related clerical duties as needed.
