Job summary

Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for the Radiology Department. The role supports imaging procedures, patient care, and equipment operation with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, obtaining accurate images, and collaborating with radiologists to perform complex CT studies. The position offers a full-time evening schedule (32 hours weekly) with a sign-on bonus for eligible hires and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have ARRT CT eligibility or CT certification at hire
• Association/education credentials per job requirements
• Familiarity with CLIA regulations for foreign education equivalency

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and guardians before exams
• Position patients for targeted anatomy and imaging
• Perform complex CT procedures with age-related considerations
• Adjust technique parameters for age and clinical needs
• Assist radiologist with invasive procedures using aseptic technique
• Ensure image quality and proper PACS/HIS/RIS handling
• Coordinate with scheduling and other modalities
• Maintain room and equipment cleanliness and safety
