Job summary

Destination Pet is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative at Church Ranch Veterinary Center to manage front desk operations with warmth and efficiency. You will guide a team of CSRs, handle client inquiries, schedule visits, and promote services that keep pets comfortable and their humans at ease.

You will lead by example, mentor teammates, and ensure a welcoming lobby, accurate payments, and smooth daily check-ins/outs. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a customer service role required.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Familiarity with multi-line phones and POS systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and set the pace for customer service excellence.
• Handle escalated client issues with empathy and clarity.
• Tour new clients through the facility and promote services.
• Ensure vaccination records are up-to-date for safety.
