Anchorage Digital seeks a highly skilled Regulatory Licensing Attorney to join its Legal team. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert on CFTC and NFA licensing, guiding end-to-end registration and ongoing compliance for a leading crypto platform servicing institutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed regulatory requirements into product and trading workflows, advise on derivatives and privacy considerations, and support audits and examinations in a

Competenze

• J.D. degree with a focus on financial services, commodities, or corporate law.
• 4+ years practicing law, at least 3+ years on CFTC/NFA regulatory matters.
• Deep knowledge of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) and the Dodd-Frank Act.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary legal expert on the CEA and NFA rules.
• Lead end-to-end regulatory licensing strategy and lifecycle management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate ISDA/CSA and other regulatory agreements.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Risk, and Engineering to embed compliance into workflows.
• Manage responses to regulatory inquiries and audits.
