Responsibilities

• Reviews project proposals to determine time frame, funding, limitations, staffing requirements, and resources for project phases.
• Interfaces with project staff to outline work plans and assign duties.
• Directs activities of staff to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinates interdepartmental functions to minimize delays.
• Provides technical advice to project staff and reviews program status with them regularly.
• Prepares project reports for management and updates status as required.
• Interfaces with customers on schedules, meetings, problems, and program status.
