Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify project stakeholders and determine their needs.
• Coordinate project activities focusing on schedule, budget, and risks.
• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate work to ensure on-time release.
• Perform cost accounting and risk management.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and vendors.
• Participate in client/contractor meetings and resolve issues.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and stored properly.
• Communicate between Nikkiso disciplines and project participants.
• Generate project schedules, budgets, statements of work, and status reports.
• Provide monthly status updates and day-to-day client communications.
• Track budgets and schedules; adjust as needed.
• Create and execute work plans aligned with changing needs.
• Enforce project standards and methodologies.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and internal teams.
