Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• EIT/PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans with Project Manager.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design and customer requirements.
• Prepares cost estimates and conducts technical studies as needed.
• Reviews designs to ensure compliance with project specs and industry standards.
• Creates and revises project documentation per SDL and CAD/MER-ERP systems.
• Liaises between departments, suppliers, and customers to meet design needs.
• Oversees testing and addresses non-conforming material issues.
• Travel to meet with customers and suppliers as required.
