Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires extensive RF/microwave IC design experience.
• Must understand RF fundamentals, matching, S-parameters, and phase noise.
• Experience with schematic, layout, extraction, tapeout, and silicon validation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF and microwave ICs and reusable IP.
• Own RFIC development from architecture through tapeout.
• Perform RF circuit analysis across process, voltage, and temperature.
• Conduct EM simulation and modeling of passive structures and networks.
• Optimize RF circuit performance for power, bandwidth, noise, and cryogenic conditions.
• Collaborate with modeling, PDK, packaging, and test teams to improve enablement.
• Define RF test structures and analyze measured data to correlate with simulations.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers across cross-functional teams.
