Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of RF/microwave analog IC design experience.
• Experience taking RFICs through schematic, layout, DRC/LVS, tapeout, and silicon validation.

• Lead RFIC development from architecture to tapeout and silicon characterization.
• Perform RF circuit analysis across process, voltage, and temperature.
