Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal Analog Design Engineer to develop advanced analog and mixed-signal ICs and reusable IP for cryogenic CMOS and quantum applications. You will drive designs from architecture through tapeout, partnering with technology, PDK, modeling, layout, and test teams.

The role requires deep CMOS analog fundamentals, 8+ years of experience, and the ability to translate results into design improvements. Up to 10% travel and English fluency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years in analog or mixed-signal IC design.
• Experience taking circuits from schematic to tapeout and silicon validation.
