Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of agricultural crops and regional issues.
• Ability to learn Rain and Hail's products, services, and systems.
• Understand underwriting and claims rules for crop insurance programs.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to travel and relocate if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training adjusters on techniques, products, services, and regulations.
• Manage claims process with independent adjusters in a timely manner.
• Handle large, complex, or controversial claims.
• Investigate complaints from policyholders related to claims.
• Assist review and investigation of defensible positions in dispute processes.
• Perform quality control audits per territory and QA plans.
• Assist with other duties as necessary.
