Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and sales across lines of business.
• Develop relationships with the agency plant in the assigned division and train agents on marketing techniques, products, rules, and regulations.
• Gain familiarity with Rain and Hail systems to maximize efficiency for agents and adjusters.
• Assist in managing the assigned territory and communicate company policy to adjusters and staff.
