Job summary

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Agricultural Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in agriculture or crop insurance.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Willingness to relocate to another division if requested.

Responsibilities

• Support crop insurance products including Multi-peril crop insurance and related programs.
• Assist in marketing and sales across lines of business.
• Train agents on marketing techniques, products, rules and regulations.
• Develop expertise in Rain and Hail systems and technologies for agents and adjusters.
• Assist field structure in managing assigned territory and communicating policies.
• Investigate and resolve complaints; collect and document outstanding premiums.
• Identify and contract qualified independent adjusters for prompt loss adjustments.
• Support timely completion of claims and supervise where needed.
