Job summary

Per Scholas seeks a Manager, Instructor Development & Delivery to lead instructor readiness and program delivery across Critical Infrastructure pathways. The role requires coaching, curriculum support, and ensuring high-quality industry-aligned training with frequent travel to training sites nationwide.

You will partner with campus teams and SME to launch new programs and improve learner outcomes, while serving as a backup instructor when needed. This is a national role with travel.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or supporting training within Critical Infrastructure disciplines such as Low Voltage, Data Center Operations, Critical Facilities, Facilities Maintenance, Electrical Systems, HVAC, Mechatronics, PLCs, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience as an instructor, trainer, coach, supervisor, or workforce development professional.
• Experience mentoring or developing instructional staff and facilitating professional learning.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to support instructors, campuses, program launches, and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, development, and readiness of instructional staff across Critical Infrastructure pathways.
• Deliver instructor training sessions focused on technical competency, instructional delivery, classroom management, and learner engagement.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to support instructor growth and effectiveness.
• Conduct instructor observations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist in implementation of instructor development plans and readiness milestones.
• Support adoption of instructional best practices, standardized delivery approaches, and QA processes.
• Coordinate instructor readiness for new program launches and expansions.
• Monitor progress and training completion to ensure alignment with standards.
• Identify gaps and partner with leadership for targeted development solutions.
• Provide hands-on support and coverage as needed for program delivery.
