Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Critical Facility Technician Lead in Atlanta to oversee real-time shift operations for mission-critical data center infrastructure. You will lead on-shift technicians, monitor systems via BMS/DCIM, coordinate incident response, and ensure safety and adherence to SOPs in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, and ability to manage incidents, document actions, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience operating and maintaining critical facilities infrastructure.
• Prior experience leading technicians or shift teams in data-center or mission-critical environments.
• Ability to read electrical one-lines, schematics, and operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations for critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including UPS, generators, and HVAC.
• Monitor facility systems via BMS/DCIM; respond to alarms and incidents per SOPs.
• Provide on-shift guidance, assign priorities, and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate vendor access and on-site activities with safety compliance.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance and documentation.
• Conduct structured shift turnovers and maintain logs.
