Job summary

Pathways to Community is seeking a dedicated caregiver for evening shifts in Minnesota. The role involves serving individuals with high and varying medical needs, supporting daily activities, administering medications, and assisting with personal cares.

You will also help with meals, cleaning, and transportation to appointments in the community. The position offers 30 hours per week at $23 per hour, with benefits included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
• Possess strong English communication skills.
• Be able to pass a Department of Human Services background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve individuals with varying medical needs and behaviors.
• Support daily activities and personal goals.
• Assist with personal cares as needed.
• Administer medications as part of care.
• Prepare meals and assist with cleaning.
• Transport to appointments and events using a personal vehicle.

Lead availability:

Monday- Friday 4:00pm-10:00pm

30 hours total

Compensation: $23 per hour.

In this roll you will be making a difference by:

• Serving individuals with a high behaviors, and a combination of high and low medical needs.
• Supporting individuals with daily needs, goals, and activities
• Assisting with personal cares as needed
• Administering medications
• Cooking meals and help with cleaning
• Transporting to appointments and community events using personal vehicle

To be considered for this role you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
• Possess strong English communication skills
• Be able to pass aDepartment of Human criminal background check
