Job summary

Pathways to Community in Minneapolis, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with high and low medical needs in the community. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 10:00pm, totaling 30 hours per week, with competitive compensation and a focus on quality care.

You will assist with daily activities, administer medications, prepare meals, and transport clients to appointments using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
• Possess strong English communication skills.
• Be able to pass a Department of Human services background check.

Responsibilities

• Serving individuals with high and low medical needs.
• Supporting individuals with daily needs, goals, and activities.
• Assisting with personal cares as needed.
• Administering medications.
• Cooking meals and helping with cleaning.
• Transporting to appointments and community events using a personal vehicle.

Lead availability:

Compensation: $23 per hour.

To be considered for this role you must:
