Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Lead Credible Messenger to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services for clients and families using a strength-based wrap-around model.
The role requires a high school diploma or better, with experience with at-risk youth and families; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred. Travel throughout Hartford and surrounding areas is required.
Summary of the Position: The primary responsibility of the Lead Credible Messenger is to initialize, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned clients and their families. All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model.
