Job summary

Left Field Labs seeks a Creative Director to shape bold ideas, tell stories that sell them, and lead teams to bring them to life across experiential environments, installations, and brand activations in Culver City.

You’ll own the full creative arc from early pitches to final execution, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and pushing for hands-on craftsmanship in graphic, digital design, and 3D work. AI is a tool to expand creativity.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of ideas that exist beyond the slide deck and have been built in environments, systems, installations, or interactions.
• Ability to shape and sell ideas in competitive environments and carry a room in pitches.
• Craft narratives that capture attention, build belief, and move clients to act.
• Leadership that elevates people around you with clear direction and generosity to help others do their best work.
• Balance novelty with meaning and push for both spectacle and substance.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative across the full arc from early pitch and concept development through final execution.
• Collaborate across graphic/digital design and 3D environments, experiential and technology-enabled work.
• Review work in both digital, on-screen, and build environments to guide teams to the best solution.
• Hands-on involvement in craft and review to ensure the right creative outcome.
