Job summary

AquaTerra Outdoors seeks a Lead Creative Designer to drive artistic and spatial concepts for high-end residential outdoor environments. You will produce stunning graphics, 3D models, and comprehensive visual plans, collaborating with the design team and project managers to turn client ideas into bespoke spaces.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating creative design talent and visual presentation skills.
• 2–3+ years minimum experience in residential landscape design.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Lumion or similar rendering tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of landscapes, hardscapes, pools, and outdoor structures.

Responsibilities

• Creative Conceptualization: translate client dreams into original, high-impact design concepts for landscapes, hardscapes, pools, and outdoor structures.
• Site Evaluation: conduct detailed on-site analyses to inform creative, functional layouts.
• Visual Storytelling & Modeling: develop 2D CAD layouts and immersive 3D renderings.
• Design Development: produce design development drawings and material specs for estimates.
• Client Presentations: present concepts in meetings and explain design decisions.
• Technical Execution: create construction documents for permitting and field execution.
