A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc. in Lenoir, NC, is seeking a Crawlspace Lead Technician to lead encapsulation projects and mentor crews. The role involves owning job quality, directing a crew, and ensuring work is complete, clean, and customer-ready.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of crawlspace encapsulation, waterproofing, or related trade experience.
• Experience leading crews or owning jobs from start to finish.
• Working knowledge of crawlspace moisture control and vapor-barrier installation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and travel to service areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead encapsulation and moisture-control jobs on site with a crew.
• Read and execute job scopes meeting safety and quality standards.
• Install vapor barriers, liners, dehumidifiers, sump pumps and drainage systems.
• Identify issues and perform approved corrective work within scope.
• Perform final quality inspections and ensure customer readiness.
• Train and develop technicians on technique, safety, and professionalism.
• Manage materials and on-site logistics to keep crews productive.
• Serve as on-site contact for homeowners and address questions.
• Report status and material needs to branch or division manager.
