Job summary

Attic Projects LLC is a fast-growing, award-winning company seeking a crew lead for attic and crawl space restoration. You will supervise crews, coordinate timelines, mentor team members, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality results and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior attic and crawl space restoration experience (at least 1 year) and insulation installation (at least 5 years) in related trades.
• Proven leadership skills (at least 2 years) with ability to mentor a small team (3-4 crews).
• Able to use PPE such as respirators, 3M masks, protective eyewear, hearing protection, gloves, Tyvek suits, knee pads, etc.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews and assign tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols on job sites.
• Train/mentor crew on installation techniques and safe material handling.
• Manage assets: personnel, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate job progress, material requirements, and issues encountered at the site.
• Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Resolve minor conflicts among crew members.
• Oversee loading/unloading materials and equipment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during job execution.
• Manage project paperwork for material usage and labor allocation.
• Get job completion paperwork signed and verify payment amount.
• Complete end-of-day paperwork.
