Job summary

Broderson Manufacturing Corp is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to lead the Broderson product line from concept through completion, driving project execution and coordinating cross-functional teams on crane programs IC200, IC250, or IC280.

The role requires a mechanical/industrial engineering background, 5+ years with cross-functional teams, and strong PM skills. Travel is minimal; safety and quality are emphasized across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with emphasis in mechanical, industrial, structural, automotive, electrical, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to completion with key design deliverables.
• Build and manage project plans including scope, timing, budget and resource needs.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales and customers to define machine requirements.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure system compatibility and platform alignment.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and business justifications tied to project activities.
• Promote safety, quality and company policy compliance while fostering teamwork.
