Job summary

Maxim is seeking a Dispatcher to ensure timely crane and equipment delivery to job sites. You will supervise Crane Operators, Drivers and Support Staff, coordinate with the Branch Manager and other branches, and optimize scheduling to minimize costs.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years in construction or fleet-related roles, 3+ years using JD Edwards CMMS in dispatch/scheduling, and strong computer skills. Equal opportunity employer.

• Advanced knowledge of local geography.
• Advanced knowledge of CMMS system.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches labor and equipment and communicates with Operators and Drivers.
• Coordinates with Branch Manager and other branches for efficient scheduling.
• Ensures paperwork, permits, and inspections are up to date.
• Maintains OSHA/DOT compliance and time tracking.
