Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead CPU Performance Analysis Engineer to drive CPU performance analysis, microbenchmark development, workload characterization, and competitive benchmarking using industry-standard workloads.

You will collect data, profile execution, and develop tools to feed your performance simulators, while working across OS, libraries, and hardware to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

Strong grasp of computer architecture and OS fundamentals.
Experience with CPU performance profiling and benchmarking tools.
Experience with multiple programming languages and low-level code.

Responsibilities

Collect CPU performance data for workloads and benchmarks.
Characterize workloads on silicon and simulators.
Develop traces and microbenchmarks for performance insight.
Build predictive models and present findings clearly.
