Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of software/firmware experience or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with appropriate experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Java; strong debugging and code review skills.
• Experience with SCM (Git/Perforce) and software release processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coding, and validation efforts for embedded firmware and related software.
• Develop and enforce CI/CD automation and test strategies.
• Coordinate across global teams to ensure quality milestones and on-time delivery.
• Mentor engineers and manage resource allocation for multiple programs.
