Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Business Analytics Lead Specialist to drive CPQ roadmap, pricing, and end-to-end Quote-to-Order processes. You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Pricing, Product, Legal, Finance and IT to ensure seamless handoffs from opportunity to order, boosting seller productivity and revenue.

The role requires hands-on CPQ experience, pricing governance, and strong stakeholder communication. Remote-friendly and US-based with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, engineering, CS, or IS.
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ administration or similar role (2+ years). Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
• Experience with pricing strategies, discount logic, product bundling, and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CPQ operations; ensure configurations align with business workflows.
• Administer Salesforce CPQ: product configurations, pricing rules, discounts, approvals.
