Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in King of Prussia, PA, seeks a Lead Coupa Business Analyst & System Administrator to own Coupa Spend Management across P2P, SIM, Services Procurement, CLM, and Core Sourcing. Lead configuration, integrations, analytics, and governance to optimize procurement and finance processes.

The role partners with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, drive adoption, and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
5-7+ years in enterprise procurement and systems support, with 3+ years Coupa admin.
Proven Coupa P2P, SIM, Services Procurement, CLM, Core Sourcing expertise.
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP integrations (APIs, cXML, flat files).

Responsibilities

Lead administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Coupa modules.
Manage user access, security roles, workflows, catalogs, and approvals.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, provide expert Coupa support.
Oversee releases, testing, and deployment of new functionality.
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT on requirements.
Develop reporting, KPI dashboards, and training materials.
