The role emphasizes accurate workmanship, organized work areas, and mentorship of apprentice installers on-site. You will lead on-site teams, review job paperwork, and coordinate with scheduling and operations to ensure projects run smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring, cabinetry, and countertops installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and installation documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install precise flooring, cabinetry and solid surface installations per standards and specs.
• Train, mentor and supervise apprentices to meet installation standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain clear communication with operations/scheduling teams and coordinate with other trades.
• Maintain/tools and vehicles, inspect for safety and cleanliness after each job.
• Use time-management and decision-making to complete jobs within timelines and report issues to management.
• Adhere to safety standards and participate in ongoing training; perform other field duties as assigned.
