Responsibilities

• Train and monitor apprentice installers and ensure understanding of company policies.
• Review job paperwork before beginning a project and ensure accuracy.
• Complete precise installation of flooring and interior finishes.
• Maintain installation tools and keep vehicles clean and in good condition.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager/Scheduler to resolve issues on, during, and after installation.
• Manage time effectively to ensure on-time, thorough job completion.
