The role requires managing teams, drafting settlement documents, and coordinating claims administration, with 8+ years of related experience and an active Bar. This is a high-impact, collaborative opportunity within a premier firm.

Qualificações

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar in good standing or eligible to waive in.
• Minimum of 8 years of mass tort experience, incl. 3 years at a law firm.
• Claims resolution experience in pharma, devices, or consumer products.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple teams and workflows.
• Familiarity with matter management systems and AI-enabled review platforms.
• Experience drafting and negotiating settlement documents and contracting principles.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support settlement negotiations in complex product liability, mass tort, toxic tort, and consumer product matters.
• Help develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria.
• Serve as primary legal and operations lead for settlements, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Draft, review, and finalize all settlement-related documents with plaintiffs’ counsel.
• Manage nurse paralegals and attorneys to review and categorize incoming claims.
• Perform data analysis on claims to monitor values and identify trends.
• Oversee all aspects of settlement implementation and claims administration.
